Preparing your CV for NZ or Australian construction employers from overseas? We understand how local employers structure and read CVs, and how to present your international project experience clearly. We provide CV writing only — not immigration, visa, or work rights advice.
Three summarised examples of the professional, industry-aligned CVs we produce — illustrating the style, structure, and quality you can expect. Full CVs are more comprehensive; these snapshots give you a sense of how we present your experience to NZ and Australian employers.
The sample CVs below are fictional composite examples created solely to demonstrate layout and writing style. Names, employers, projects, qualifications, licence numbers, achievements and contact details are illustrative and do not represent actual clients.

No outcome is guaranteed. We present your information clearly and professionally, but no interview, employment, employer response, or recruitment outcome is guaranteed. You remain responsible for checking that all dates, qualifications, licence details, employment claims, project values, referee information, and work rights statements in your finished CV are accurate — we do not independently verify information you supply.
QS4NZ (Quantity Surveyors NZ Ltd) is not a licensed immigration adviser, registered migration agent, or immigration lawyer in New Zealand or Australia. Providing immigration advice without the appropriate licence or registration is an offence under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007 (New Zealand) and the Migration Act 1958 (Australia). If you have questions about your right to work in New Zealand or Australia, you must consult a qualified professional:

What we collect: When you use this service we collect your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, licences, and other CV-related information you choose to provide.
How we use it: Your information is used solely to prepare your CV. If you have given express written consent to a Construction CV Register listing, your CV and contact details are stored and made available to construction-sector employers and recruiters whose access has been individually approved by QS4NZ — this is a restricted listing, not a publicly searchable or search-engine-indexed page. Purchasing a package that includes a Register listing does not by itself constitute this consent; it is recorded separately on your information form.
Cross-border transfer: If you are applying to roles in Australia and have consented to Register sharing in Australia, your information may be shared with Australian-based construction employers and recruiters approved for access. By providing that consent you agree to this transfer.
Retention: We retain your information for the duration of your service or register listing and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@qs4nz.co.nz.
Your rights: Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. Contact us at info@qs4nz.co.nz to exercise these rights.
EU/EEA and UK users (GDPR): If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent and/or to perform the service you have requested. In addition to the rights above, you have the right to access, correct, erase, or port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact info@qs4nz.co.nz to exercise these rights.
